Main Function
→ Used for assessing the behaviour of a bar of rigid cellular plastic under the action of three-point bending.
→Used for determining the flexural strength and the apparent flexural moduls of elasticity of rigid cellular plastics.
→It can be used to determine either the load for a specified deformation or the load at break.
→GB/T8812.1(ISO1209-1) Rigid Cellular Plastic-Determination of Flexural Properties-Part 1: Basic bending test. The span between the support edges is (100±1)mm.
→GB/T8812.2 (ISO1209-2) Rigid Cellular Plastic-Determination of Flexural Properties-Part 2: Determination of flexural strength and apparent flexural modulus of elasticity. The span between the support edges is adjustable in the range 200mm to 450mm. The recommended span is 300mm.
