Application:
→This testing machine is mainly used for reverse bend test of metal wires/steel materials to examine the performance of metal wires in withstanding plastic deformation during reverse bend and the defects displayed.
→Test principle: Pass a sample of a certain diameter through the guide sleeve and clamp it in two jaws of specified dimensions. Adjust the height of the guide sleeve, press the button, and the sample will bend 90° left and right. After the sample breaks, the machine will automatically stop and record the number of bends.
→It is applicable to reverse bend test of metal wires with diameters ranging from Ф1.5 to Ф5mm.
