→Determination of local modulus of elasticity in bending: the deformation w shall be taken as the average of measurements on both side faces at the neutral axis, and shall be measured at the centre of a central gauge length of five times the depth of the section.
→Determination of global modulus of elasticity in bending: the deformation w shall be meausred at the centre of the span and from the centre of the tension or compression edge, when w is measured at the neutral axia it sdhall be the mean of measurements made on both sides of the test piece.
