→Apply water pressure step by step on the arc surface of concrete segment and observe the penetration of water in the arc surface and joint surface of concrete segment, and evaluate the resistance of concrete segment to water leakage.
→Concrete pipe anti-leakage detection device is composed of test frame steel plate, rigid support, transverse pressure parts, fastening screw, rubber gasket and other components.In the leakage test, the concrete segmentis fixed to form an airtight space between the camber surface of the concrete segment and the steel plate of the test frame for water filling and pressure test.
→Leakage inspection device should be divided into three inspection areas, such as the camber of concrete segment, each inspection area should be arranged into water holes and drainage holes.
→The inner side of the rubber gasket shall not be more than 100mm from the side of the pipe sheet.
