→Axial tensile test of cable: apply axial tensile force between casing and cables or cables at two ends. Inflatable casing with axial force 1000N±10N. Non-inflatable casing with axial force 700N±10N, hold time for 24h.
→Cable bending test: fill dry air or nitrogen into casing with pressure 70±2kPa and fix casing and apply axial force perpendicular to cable, not more than 500N. When force reaches 500N but deflection not more than 30°, record real bending angle.
→Cable cyclic bending test: bending cable → hold for 5min→return to original position→bending in opposite direction→hold for 5min→return to original position as one cycle. After one cycle, rotate casing for 90° along axial direction of cable and repeat one cycle.
→Cable torsion test: fill dry air or nitrogen into casing with pressure 70±2kPa (as for non-pressure maintenance 40±2kPa), and fix casing and apply 50N.m axial force to make cable torsion 90°. When force reaches 50N.m, allow torsion angle less than 90° and record real bending angle.
→Cable cyclic torsion test: cable torsion→hold for 5min→return to original position→bending in opposite direction→hold for 5min→return to original position as one cycle. Make twice torsion cycles for each cable.
→Cable static load test: fill dry air or nitrogen into casing with pressure 70±2kPa (as for non-pressure maintenance 40±2kPa). Place the casing horizontally on hard thick plate. As for longitudinal seaing casing, make the longitudinal slot of casing face side and place the round loading anvilwith area 5cm2 (air pressure maintenance type) or 25cm2 (non-air pressure maintenance type) and the the edge of anvil has 0.5 mm radius arc. Apply 1000N±10N (including the weight of anvil) on anvil and hold for 5min.
