The Machine for Seal Assembly (100kN/4000N·m). It applies alternating pressure load, alternating pressure load amplitude and alternating torque load as well as alternating torsional frequency to seals used in excavators, bulldozers and coal mining machinery. Grease and mud-water mixture are introduced into the test environment, and cyclic alternating high-low temperature ranging from -60℃ to 200℃ is adopted to carry out high-low temperature alternating compression-torsion cyclic fatigue tests. The machine simulates the actual working conditions of track seals and measures the friction torque, fatigue life and durability performance of track seals under alternating pressure and torque loads coupled with high-low temperature cycling. Given pressure loads are applied to track seals with preset torque load frequency to implement repeated torsional fatigue tests for testing the friction torque and fatigue durability of track seals under specified pressure loads. The machine supports high-low temperature dynamic fatigue tests of seal assemblies, with customizable parameters including dynamic fatigue test frequency, amplitude displacement, test load, fatigue cycle count, test waveforms (sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, trapezoidal wave, sawtooth wave, etc.), and temperature values and cycles for alternating high-low temperature tests.
